A team built around getting you back to what you love
Tumwater Chiropractic Center is Thurston County's headquarters for natural, conservative, and high-value health care. We've been part of this community since 2008, and is now the area's largest multi-practitioner chiropractic team, with clinics now in Tumwater, Olympia, Lacey, and South Tumwater. Whether you're dealing with a nagging injury, recovering from an accident, or just trying to stay active as you get older, there's a provider on this team who's treated it before.
Chiropractic Care Across Thurston County
If you're dealing with back pain, sciatica, a herniated disc, or a stiff neck that won't loosen up, our chiropractic team treats it here, every day, across all four locations. We also work with a lot of people recovering from car accidents and on-the-job injuries, which is a big part of why Dr. Golob sits on Washington State's Labor & Industries advisory committee. That means when you're navigating an L&I claim, you're working with someone who understands the process from the inside, not just from the patient side of it.
Dr. Frank Krause has built his practice specifically around auto and work injury recovery, and Dr. Chelsie Still, Dr. Amber Woods, Dr. Eli Gonzalez, and Dr. Ken Addams round out the team with their own approaches, from gentle instrument-assisted adjusting to hands-on soft tissue work for stubborn muscle tension. If you're an athlete or stay active, Dr. Gonzalez and the rest of our team all also bring sports-focused chiropractic care into the mix at our Tumwater clinic.

Massage Therapy in Thurston County
Massage therapy is offered at our Tumwater, Olympia, and Lacey clinics, often paired with chiropractic care to ease tension and support recovery. Adriel, a graduate of NW Academy for the Healing Arts, brings 14 years of experience treating prenatal, pediatric, and athletic cases, including psoas and diaphragm release. She's trained in cupping and gua sha, blending Western massage with Eastern technique. In Lacey, Tina and Amber offer chair massage and prenatal massage alongside full-body sessions. Massage books up quickly across our clinics, so we recommend scheduling ahead, especially if you're pairing it with a chiropractic visit.

Why You Can Trust Our Team
Our team's combined experience ranges from 6 months to 16 years, and we've been part of this community since 2008. Dr. Chelsie Still is team chiropractor for The Evergreen State College athletics, and her husband, Dr. Frank Krause, holds the same role for St. Martin's University athletics, two of the largest athletic programs in the area. Our team brings chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture, naturopathic, and weight loss training together under one roof, so you get coordinated care without bouncing between separate offices.
Meet Dr. Kelly Golob
Owner Dr. Kelly Golob has been a part of Tumwater Chiropractic Center since 2011. He got into chiropractic for the same reason most people end up in his office: to move without pain and stay active. Outside the clinic, he volunteers with The Olympia Free Clinic and organizes the practice's annual charity softball tournament every August. His seat on Washington State's Labor & Industries advisory committee comes up often in his work with patients recovering from on-the-job injuries.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your first visit starts with a conversation about your history and current pain, followed by a physical exam so your provider can understand what's going on before recommending a plan. Many people receive their first adjustment the same day, though that depends on your specific case.
Yes. Injuries like whiplash often don't show symptoms right away, and getting evaluated early helps catch anything hidden before it becomes a bigger problem. It also creates a clear record connecting your care to the accident, which matters if you're working with an insurance claim.
In Washington State, you can see a chiropractor directly for an L&I claim without a referral from another provider. Our team is familiar with the claims process and can help you navigate opening or transferring a claim.
We accept most major insurance plans, including Regence, Premera, Kaiser, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and L&I. Coverage for massage and acupuncture varies more by plan than chiropractic care does. We recommend checking your specific benefits, and we also offer flexible payment options if you don't have coverage.
Chiropractic care is available at every location. Massage therapy is offered at Tumwater, Olympia, and Lacey; acupuncture at Tumwater and Lacey. Weight loss coaching is currently available at Tumwater and Olympia. Naturopathic medicine is offered by telehealth, so it's available to you no matter which location you visit in person.
